Micro Needling

At J9Beauty we use eDermaStamp by Dermaroller for your Micro Needling treatments. This is Certified Medical Grade Equipment approved by Health Canada. There are a lot of imitation devices out on the market which are not Health Canada approved. We strongly advise you do your homework when searching for a service provider. 

Micro Needling is a Non-Ablative procedure, where other scar and anti- aging treatments are ablative (tissue destroying). The medical-grade micro-needles create a safe micro-injury that seals within minutes of treatment. By creating these micro-injuries we are inducing collagen and elastin production resulting in visible improvement of:
  • Fine line/Wrinkles
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Acne Scars
  • Wound Scars
  • Pore Size
  • Skins Tone and Texture

Three micro needling treatments at 6 weeks apart has drastically reduced the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for this client. Skins tone and texture has also visibly improved.
Two micro needling session has banished a good portion of her acne scarring and seriously improved what is visibly left on her skin. She also reports that acne breakouts have slowed down drastically since we've started treatments.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and vellus hairs, aka peach fuzz. Skin is held taut, while a small hand held sterile blade is swiped across the skin during the procedure. This procedure is painless and instantly gratifying, leaving your skin feeling baby soft with a nice healthy glow.
